Terms for text message support communications with DataNetwork.Tech
1. Service Description
DataNetwork.Tech provides SMS messaging exclusively for client support communications. This service allows our existing clients to receive IT support assistance via text message when convenient.
2. Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile number as an existing client, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from DataNetwork.Tech for support purposes only. We will only text you in response to your support requests or to continue active support conversations.
How to Opt-In:
- Text Us First: Send your first support request via SMS to our support number
- During Onboarding: Provide consent when setting up your services
- Via Support Portal: Enable SMS support in your account settings
- Verbal Consent: Agree to SMS support during a support call
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your support needs. You will receive messages when:
- You initiate a support request via SMS
- We're responding to your support questions
- We need additional information to resolve your service request
- We're providing updates on active support tickets
- We're continuing an active support conversation
4. Message Charges
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. DataNetwork.Tech does not charge additional fees for SMS support. Please consult your wireless plan or provider for details on your specific charges.
5. SMS Keywords
Our system recognizes the following keywords:
STOP - Opt-out of all SMS communications
START - Resume SMS communications after opting out
HELP - Receive support information
These keywords can be sent at any time and will trigger an automated response.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
- Text STOP to opt-out of SMS support at any time
- You can still receive support through email or phone after opting out
- You'll receive a confirmation message of your opt-out
- To resume SMS support, text START

8. Privacy & Data Use

- You have the right to request deletion of your SMS data

Note: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Program Updates
We may modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
